Last month, I welcomed a new client who had been on the fence about finishing her book for nearly a year. Every so often, I would check in to see where she was in the process. Her answer was always the same: “I’m working on it.”

But deep down, we both knew she wasn’t.

Then one day, out of the blue, she reached out and said she was finally ready to work with me. Ready to stop circling the dream and finally finish her book.

In one of our first sessions, I asked her what finally made her decide it was time. Her answer stopped me in my tracks”

That simple truth hit me hard. Because it’s not just about her, it’s about all the stories that never make it out of someone’s head and into the world. Stories that could inspire, comfort, challenge, or heal someone else. Stories that matter.
